The challenging situation created by the COVID-19 pandemic prompted thorough consultations with our partners and supporters to decide the way-forward regarding our Congress. Currently the situation and regulations vary between countries and from month to month.

The LOC is positive that the situation will improve in the next 4-6 months and has therefore decided to carry on with the Congress arrangements as planned. For now, we will continue with marketing the physical Congress and invite all to submit their Abstracts.

Submission Deadline for abstracts have been extended to 19 March 2021.

We are committed to providing a safe and secure meeting space, adhering to all health and safety regulations and delivering a Congress conducive to collaboration, networking and sharing of knowledge and information.

We will continue to monitor the situation and will re-assess the situation in the coming months.
